We have a dedicated butchery team with our Head Butcher having over 25 years’ experience in the business.
Our main focus is always quality and we offer a wide range of ready packed options as well as a full butchery counter that operates Monday- Saturday.
All our beef is locally sourced and we pride ourselves on the quality of our steaks and roasts.
We have recently installed a Dry Aged Unit. Dry- aging significantly enhances the flavour of Beef and improves tenderness bringing the steakhouse experience to your home for a fraction of the price.
